Roles and Responsibilities - 1) Overseeing and managing the production processes.2) Ensuring products are produced in a timely manner and meet quality standards. 2) Monitoring the production schedules and making adjustments as needed.3) Collaborating with other departments to ensure production efficiency.2) Training and supervising production staff.3) Identifying areas for improvement in the production process.4 ) Ensuring all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations 5) Ensuring online quality including product quality and process quality.6) Ensure ccp / DQI with a defined frequency.7) Ensure volume adherence for cp as per plan.8) On time fg analysis & water testing from external lab.9) RCA & CAPA for quality complaints.10) Coordination of new / restage trails at cp.11) inspection of all incoming raw materials and packing materials as per unibic standard procedures and specification requirement.12) giving feedback to vendors for necessary corrective actions on non standard material if required. 13) Month end stock audit.14) FSSC -2018, ISO GMP, GHP
