As a seasoned Corporate Finance and Investor Relations leader with over 18 years of experience, I have led high-impact projects across multiple sectors, focusing on capital raising, investments, and driving business growth. Recently, I spearheaded the successful IPO of Ola Electric, marking the first pure-play EV company to go public in India. Currently, I lead Corporate Finance and Investor Relations for the entire Ola Group, spanning Ola Electric, Ola Consumer, and Krutrim AI. Over the past three years, I have closed several noteworthy fundraising transactions, including private equity rounds and debt for Ola Electric and Ola Consumer. Notably, I facilitated the largest project debt facility ever raised by a new-age company in India. Additionally, at Krutrim, I led multiple financing rounds, raising capital from top-tier vendors to build India’s first full-stack AI company, which includes a dedicated AI cloud and data center. My expertise lies in executing high-value capital raises and aligning financial strategies to support business growth, innovation, and long-term success across sectors. In my earlier roles, I led structured credit investments across multiple sectors at Piramal Capital and IndusInd Bank.
