Design and deliver new features, and infrastructure for the MATLAB Online platform. Matlab Online provides access to MATLAB and its various toolboxes from any standard web browser. • Full Stack software development experience building scalable and performant web applications. • Provide leadership to other development teams to drive additional MATLAB toolboxes and addons to be enabled on the online platform. • Hands-on development of distributed system features and RESTful web services. • Knowledgeable in Linux operating system, security, system performance and metrics collection tools. • Design, develop and implement software and infrastructure to support high scalability, availability, reliability, and observability of MATLAB Online services. • Experienced with AWS cloud computing stack (Route 53, EC2, CloudFront, DynamoDB, S3, EKS etc.). • Experience with container-based virtualization, Kubernetes, Helm charts for scaling deployment of MATLAB Online Server. • Develop internal tools to accelerate developer productivity and drive adoption of software development best practices in code health, testability, and maintainability for the online platform.
