With your continuous support, I have been able to accomplish the following:Successfully completed two sponsored research projects as PIGuided four Ph.Ds. as a supervisor under JNTUA Organized the first International Conference on Advances in Material Science and Mechanical Engineering 2020 in association with the APSCHE. Around 100 selected papers were published in SCI, SCOPUS, and other Internationally reputed journalsEstablished six new laboratories with advanced research facilitiesSet up the Dassault Systems Centre of Excellence and collaborated with the ConnectNext internship programIntroduced a new multidisciplinary M.Tech. program in Robotics and AILaunched a five-year Integrated M.Tech. program in association with UMass Dartmouth USA.Coordinated and achieved NBA accreditation four times under Tier-1Coordinated and secured NAAC accreditation twiceFacilitated placements for more than 50% of students through on/off-campus drivesPlayed a key role in sustaining the department during admission crisesConducted many students Skill Imporvement Programs in association with APSSDC and other organizations Organized free online ECET coaching classes to diploma studentsInitiated in-house GATE coaching, enabling many students to secure admissions in premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, and placements in government & multinational companies.Established the SAE Collegiate Club and supported student participation in various national events such as E-Baja, TDC, and BDC. Also conducted several National & State level student conventions/competitions.Conducted Faculty Development Programs, including AICTE-sponsored FDPs, ATAL FDPs, and others.Successfully completed funded projects worth of a total of ₹55.5 lakhs.I hope to receive similar support in my new role as Dean of Research and Development.
