Currently in the role of a Lead/Group/Principle Solutions architect working for a major automotive client project in the CX space particularly on Next Gen CRM / Customer Data Factory & GTM (Go To Market) ecommerce space to deliver client modern luxury needs I look after multiple products in CX like NGCRM / Customer data factory & products / Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Services including Profile Mgmt / Consents & Preferences and Operational Data layer (Mongo DB).
