Part of the ID1 (Boise, ID) new fab startup team. Responsibilities include- Process development: Make critical immersion levels overlay/CD capable and manufacturing ready by Alignment strategy optimization, higher order modeling, incoming process SOV studies affecting reg marks, qualifying alternate marks, CDU improvement by thickness profile improvement, DOMA/IMO etc- Program management: PMI/SPC champion to drive program to reach manufacturing milestones to be ready for HVM- Automation projects: Developed and deployed Auto-FEM report and Process qual report update saving 2500+ hours per year of Engineer time. Received an innovation award for this work- Went on a successful 6 month International assignment to Taiwan F16 (OMT) to cross learn transfer technology while also meaningfully contributing to the automation work there.
