He began his career at Pioneer Natural Resources in 2018, spending three years as a Wellsite Supervisor in the Permian Basin before transitioning into roles focused on drilling technology, automation, and performance improvement. Throughout his career, he worked closely with rigs, field teams, and emerging technologies, with a consistent focus on improving safety, efficiency, and execution.In late 2025, Vikram took the leap into business ownership, acquiring Orangetheory Fitness Midland—his longtime gym of choice and a community he has been part of for years. The move reflects a broader shift toward building and operating businesses that align with his interests in leadership, operations, and community impact, while still leveraging the analytical and execution-driven skill set developed in energy.Now, Vikram is focused on growing his portfolio across franchises, equity opportunities, and real estate—areas where disciplined analysis and hands-on ownership intersect.
