Manage Americas implementation of new corporate wide Product Information Management (PIM) system for registering and maintaining product data for over 1 million unique products • Lead team of 6 offshore employees to gather and normalize Electrical sector product data which is then distributed internally and externally for sales and marketing initiatives and support day to day activities within PIM system • Ensure consistent high-quality product data for the Electrical Sector Americas ($12 billion revenue) by developing and driving new strategic initiatives • Maintain relationships with over 50 distributors and channel partners to work on strategic data quality initiatives based on product sales and forecasts • Manage all internal projects including launching our revamped website and e-commerce store that utilize our PIM system data • Develop and report out on KPIs regarding PIM system product data improvements, trends and overall quality to senior leaders on a monthly basis • Sit on 20-person internal corporate data governance council which is in charge of suggesting and promoting data rules and regulations across the company • Represent Eaton at IDEA (Electrical committee) meetings where manufacturers and distributors collaborate and discuss methods to promote and provide high quality data to customers
