As an analyst, from November 2016 till September 2019, worked with EMEIA MFA (Markets Finance Advisor), Director of Finance on various critical MIS reporting and analysis. Reporting mainly includes but not limited to building dashboards related to Sales & Pipeline, building Growth Drivers/ KPI reports that are related to Strategy and Operations and so on. Deep dive analysis on unusual movement and report on discrepancies.As a People Manager, led the team who are into MIS reporting and analysis. Resource allocation, grooming them to attain their highest potential, making sure SLAs are met with 100% accuracy and so on.Prior to this, from October 2015 to October 2016, led and managed various teams like APAC retain (utilization tool), APAC Advisory, Risk Management, Private Equity etc. on various types of Financial reporting and Analysis. Led, managed and worked with teams who worked for Global Advisory and Assurance Service Lines reporting from October 2011 till September 2015. I worked on Private Equity from September 2010 to September 2011.From January 2007 till August 2010, I was part of a team called GEM (Global Engagement Maintenance) wherein I was responsible for creation and maintenance of Project codes.
