Vessel Operations activities for vessel on our Time Charter and vessel on voyage charter. Work in line with our chartering team.2. Following up with charter party agreement with Head owners and charterer and execute the vessel operation from the date of delivery of vessel under our management till redelivery to Owners smooth and safe execution of voyage.3. From preparing voyage order as per CP terms till agency appointment at Load port and discharge Port. Monitoring vessel daily performance as per agreed CP terms.4. Coordinate with Bunker team to plan and execute Bunker procurement as per the Port rotation to have a effective and economic voyage execution.5. Coordinate with Owners and Charterers for the smooth execution of vessel Operations and voyage.6. Appointing weather routing services for economic voyage planning. Work in line with P&I Clubs to cover the vessel under the insurance covers.6. Bunker calculation and cargo calculation to plan the stowage plan for maximum cargo intake.7. Releasing timely TC hire payments to Owners for smooth operations.8. Calculating Laytime demurrage and claims for the pertaining voyage as per CP terms.9. Freight calculations and chasing up with charterers for timely payment and settlement of freight as per CP terms.10. Preparing voyage orders and instructing Master of the vessel for proper executions. Coordinating with agents on Port Payments and vessel berthing updates and clearance formalities at load port and discharge port.11. Checking draft B/L and Mates receipt are in line and sending for charterers approval and comments. Follow up with charterers on LOI to discharge cargo at discharge Port.
