About Vikram Bhatia

I bring to transitions a strong understanding of the field and particular strengths in execution and customer relations. I have led transitions in HR Operations, banking, consumer goods, retail, healthcare, analytics, capital markets, finance & accounting, and sourcing & procurement. With experience in business process management, I have worked in operations and transitions for many large clients.Key roles are (i) providing transitions expertise in framing RFI & RFP responses after my team’s internal discussions with hiring, training, operations and functioning teams;(ii) developing our understanding of the operating model and validating key solution assumptions in due diligence workshops; and customizing transition deliverables based on discussions with the client and executing them in a timely and accurate manner.My background is in information technology and other service industries, where I developed good skills in service delivery, process migration, operations management and service-level agreements. Known as a people person and an approachable team member, I value my time as team mentor and am invested in education more generally, donating in time and in kind to an NGO that works with children.
