If I hadn’t found my way into talent acquisition, I’d likely be in sales — or on a stand-up stage. Recruiting, after all, sits somewhere between persuasion and performance: understanding people deeply, reading the room, and helping others see possibility.My 19-year journey in global talent has been shaped by exceptional mentors, transformative books, and a few “giving up wasn’t an option” chapters that built both resilience and perspective. Those experiences continue to influence how I lead — with intensity, optimism, and a belief that growth usually lives just outside comfort zones.I recharge through music, workouts, and spiritual grounding — the rituals that keep me steady in a fast-moving talent landscape. Lately, that landscape has a new force: AI. I’m actively exploring its implications for hiring, skills, and the future of work — learning, experimenting, and occasionally unlearning.I’m also a father of two, which means I get a daily crash course in Gen Z language and worldview. It’s humbling, entertaining, and surprisingly useful for someone whose job is understanding the next generation of talent.Still curious. Still building.
