A talent acquisition leader with two and a half years of focused and dedicated experience in the field of Recruitment, Executive search, campus recruitments and developing TA strategy. Market mapping, industry focused search and research became a forte with the virtue of the era in which I started this profession, an era of no internet and mobile phones, market search and mapping was the only tool to hunt resources. It has been a wonderful journey supporting large corporates, across industries, geographies and elite domains, supporting and partnering with them and resolving their human capital demands and crisis. Being a business & team leader of this bouquet consultant, I have led and trained large teams translating our combined effort to progressive placements across function, industries and levels for which we have quite a number of accolades. I, myself have been engaged in CXO level placements across functions and industries. All these years of engagement with diverse Industry leaders, senior HR professionals, also the feet on street and shop floor people, has recompensed me with meticulous insights of human psychology and behavior. As talent Acquisition partner, I have witnessed large organizations/MNC bringing transformations into their HR function, failing, succeeding, re-engineering, and bringing continuous improvements. The meticulous and deliberate effort spread across 2.5 decades has bestowed us with “most dependable” and “critical search” partners to our clients.
