Have strong background & experience of leading the finance function of Company as CFO, including, handling integration of new acquisitions, acquisition related due diligence, finance transformation, statutory & group audits, funding arrangement with banks, reporting to stakeholders and working in high growth Private Equity lead environment. Have also handled global roles, involving, accounting, consolidation, reporting to lenders and shareholder, budgeting and group audit.In current role of Director Finance (CFO & Board member for India) with Centrient Pharmaceuticals, leading the finance function for existing API manufacturing entity as well as newly acquired injectables manufacturing entity, Astral Steritech. For the new acquisition, with responsibility for integration, compliance, reporting, accounting and finance operations, have contributed significantly through leading several initiatives, mainly on setting up a solid finance organization, efficient acquisition accounting, setting monthly analysis & reporting structure, developing yearly & quarterly forecasting models, preparation of five year strategic plan, development of robust costing model and customer pricing model, enhancing controls and compliances by setting up SOPs & DoA, and ultimately ensuring a professional way of running the organization. For the existing business, worked on several additional initiatives including working capital reduction, through customers and government receivables, exploring and setting up government incentive schemes (including PLI and state incentives), efficiencies in foreign banking and tax restructuring etc.In previous role of leading Global Accounting and Reporting function with Centrient Pharmaceuticals contributed through leading several projects, mainly on, implementation of new consolidation and reporting application, handling financial due diligence, post-acquisition accounting, process and accounting standardization across group entities, improving efficiencies and shortening month closing & reporting, migration of corporate accounting functions to India and efficient group audit.
