I’m a sustainability strategy and environmental performance leader focused on turning ESG intent into scalable, measurable programs - across complex, multi-site operations.At Novartis, I lead global environmental performance programs with a strong emphasis on water quality, Pharmaceuticals in the Environment (PiE), environmental compliance capability-building, and performance reporting. My work has helped drive 97% compliance with internal water quality standards and reduced environmental incident closure time from ~90 days to 100% increase in rainwater consumption, and contributing to recognition including a CII SR EHS Excellence Awards “Silver Maturity Award” (90%+ score). I also supported CSR strategy and execution, including a medical oxygen plant initiative as part of COVID response.My strength is bridging strategy and execution: building governance, documentation, training, and metrics that stand up to internal audits and help operational teams act decisively. I’m particularly interested in how organizations scale sustainability through operating models, performance management, and emerging regulatory readiness (e.g, CSRD, EU Taxonomy). I’m looking to connect with leaders and teams working on sustainability strategy, environmental performance transformation, and ESG performance management - especially in global, multi-site environments.
