I am an HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations at MV Kelly Ltd, supporting managers with practical HR advice across day-to-day people matters and ensuring fair and consistent processes across the business.With experience across both HR and Recruitment, I take a pragmatic and people-focused approach to supporting managers with employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations, and general HR guidance. My focus is on ensuring policies are applied consistently, managers feel supported in decision-making, and employees are treated fairly.I enjoy working closely with operational teams to provide clear, straightforward HR advice that helps resolve issues early and supports a positive working environment.Previously, I supported multi-site operations within GXO Logistics across the WHSmith and TGJones contract, where I developed strong experience working in fast-paced operational environments and building effective relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.I pride myself on being approachable, organised, and dependable — someone managers and employees can rely on for practical HR support.
