Lead UK implementation of Moodle Workplace, working cross-functionally with international teams to create a scalable, structured learning platform- Own performance management cycles, including setting timelines, coordinating mid-year and year-end reviews, and facilitating calibration sessions with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)- Developed and launched group-wide mandatory training programs (e.g. Data Protection, Information Security, Preventing Sexual Harassment at Work etc.), ensuring consistent rollout and completion tracking across UK- Designed, coordinated and delivered the online and e-learning UK Training & Development curriculum, including tailored Furlough training in line with UK regulations and evolving business needs- Developing E-Learning content across Consulting, Data and Tech in the UK, Netherlands and Nordics- Oversee training operations end-to-end: vendor negotiations, exam bookings, training budget tracking, and quality assurance- Partner with SLT and Capability Leads to harmonise onboarding, talent development, and internal career progression processes across Consulting, Tech, and Data functions- Manage contractor onboarding and compliance, including contract coordination, background checks, and third-party supplier liaison such as FCSA- Serve as the main point of contact for internal systems (e.g. Moodle Workplace), training recruiters and admins to ensure smooth day-to-day operations- Support and aid in HR process optimisation initiatives to improve scalability, transparency, and employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
