Vikki joined Barclays UK as Head of SME covering Southern England in March 2026. Leading 5 dedicated teams across the South encompassing Relationship Management and Business Development, we are passionate about supporting businesses to achieve their strategic goals and be Partner for Growth, by working closely with colleagues and our partners. Vikki was appointed Head of Team for the Thames Valley, Mid Corporate Banking in Barclays UK Corporate Bank in April 2022, having led the Richmond, Guildford and West London team for the previous 3 years. Vikki joined Barclays as a Relationship Director in 2010, joining with 20 years experience in the banking sector.I am passionate about building relationships and ensuring my team have an understanding of our clients businesses, goals and strategy, and work with them to realise these aspirations. To achieve this we spend time within the businesses to understand how it works at a granual level, not just from a banking perspective. I enjoy seeing others achieve and further their careers, and spend time helping with personal development of people inside and outside of Barclays. I am keen to see the number of females in senior roles increasing in all areas of business. Vikki was awards the Barclays Group Inclusive Leader Award in 2021 for her work on Diversity and Inclusion, and again in 2022 for being a Diversity Promoter.
