As the founder of Primary School Leaders and the CEO of Being There, education, mental health, safeguarding are my passion. As a previous member of the SLT in a Primary School, I have made it my life mission to support school improvement, safeguarding and mental health being a particular expertise. Working with external stakeholders and being a key note speaker has given me a love to share best practice. I am also an LA governor, giving me an all round view of operational and strategical.
