As Director of Talent Sourcing I am responsible for managing our client\'s requirements. I help my team build strategies to source candidates from different platforms like Linkedin, Careerbuilder, Theladder and other portals. Sourcing contact information is a key thing and I look out for any tool that is valuable and has high accuracy. We provide work email, personal email addresses and cell phone numbers on 90% of the names that we generate.We introduced cell phone verification service last year and I lead my team to leverage several tools for the verification process.We have introduced Robotic process automation and website development as a pilot project and I am hiring engineers/ developers.
