Integrity with expertise are invaluable together and worthless absent of each other.\" The truth is, every industry needs people with integrity and expertise. We know integrity is not tied to expertise, however, the question is, what is the value of expertise without integrity? I am convinced my purpose in life is intimately tied to the well-being of others. This mindset has guided me as a business owner, educator, life coach and real estate consultant for the last 20 years. I have learned change is inevitable and being averse to change only deepens and intensifies the suffering of reality. The reality is that industries change, economies change, technologies change and relationships change - but most of all, we change. As we change, we need to constantly reimagine our lives - what we have to do, what we should do, what we want to do and what we can do. This is where vision, knowledge and capacity intersect. Whether I am making impact as a business owner, educator, life coach or realtor, I\'ve always thrived by empowering others. Empowerment is the ability to control your life\'s destiny. The degree to which you can do this is defined as privilege. Control of one\'s destiny is the result of knowledge, resources, discipline, ambition and vision. Few people have all these qualities, but most people have one or more of these qualities. I believe one can lead to another, and two can manifest the rest.
