Inventory management and process development for inventory Successfully coordinating with External Auditor for review assignment Preparing the monthly/ quarterly reporting financial package Vendors invoices analysis saving for the company HST reporting for all the 9 entities and successfully received refunds from CRA for HST reviews Efficiently supported the team to update the accounting and reconciliation backlog in first 3 months Overall responsible for AR, AP and Cash flow including all accounting needs Preparing quarterly intercompany reconciliation and combined financial statements Communicating with vendors for payment term negotiations and Customers for getting payments in time Managing 5 direct reports and many indirect reports from plant operations
