About Vikas Kumar
Hi! My name is Vikas Kumar and I am an undergraduate student, currently enrolled in Bachelors of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering). About Me: I am an enthusiastic learner who likes to explore new technologies which impact the world. I have particular interests in Data Science and Virtual Reality in which I majorly want to build my career. Main Domain: I have been working in Machine Learning for 1 years, in Deep Learning and Virtual Reality for more than a couples of months. I have prepared and mentored projects throught out this period which has given me exposure to lots of domains. I also have completed Machine Learning Specialization from DeepLearning. Al and some Machine Learning courses from Udemy which has significantly boosted my core understanding of Machine Learning. Currently, I am looking to explore Computer Vision Additional Technical Skills: I also have worked on Frontend development of applications and have done Backend Development to deploy my ML Models. In addition, I also have experience of leading ML Teams in Data Collection, Data Analysis and Model Preparations. I also published research paper and current working on book chapter. DSA Experiences: Talking out Data Structures and Algorithms,I have studied basis data structures and wide range of algorithms, which I have used to solve problems on Hackerrank Soft Skills/Management: In additional to all above, I have worked on my soft skills and management skills which has significantly improved me.I trained students in my club and provide mentorship in ML Training Camp. I continue to look at new domains and opportunities to further build my skillset.
