Conduct thorough internal testing and quality checks of surveys prior to launch to ensure functionality and usability across devices. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and meet tight deadlines. Identify and troubleshoot issues during the survey build process and live launches with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Maintain clear records of changes, project-related entries, logic structures, and version history for each survey. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely, accurate, and error-free delivery. Providing training to the juniors and train them in client standard and tools.
