I am Vikash Priyadarshi, Founder & CEO of TSF Variety Mega Mall, driven by a simple belief — retail is not just about products; it is about creating meaningful customer experiences. My mission is to make lifestyle products affordable, accessible, and exciting, especially for emerging markets like Patna and similar cities across India.My professional journey began with a salary of ₹3,500 per month, and through persistence, ownership, and continuous learning, I grew into leadership roles, eventually serving as Business Head at Amrapali Foods Limited. Across every organization I worked with, I treated the business as my own — focusing on operational excellence, team building, and scalable systems.During the COVID period, instead of slowing down, I explored new opportunities in the food sector and launched Golden Apron Nutritions. At the same time, I started The Sunday Factory as a small retail experiment to bring trending and viral products to the local market. I recognized a clear gap — customers had awareness through social media but lacked affordable access to these products locally.On 22nd July 2024, my wife Nisha and I officially launched TSF Variety Mega Mall. Despite being located in a non-conventional retail area, the store became profitable from day one and gained significant online visibility. Today, we operate across 16+ product categories including gifts, toys, smart gadgets, home décor, skincare, food, gardening, stationery, and customized hampers — serving both retail and B2B customers.What differentiates us is our ABCD System — Amazing Blissful Customer Delight. We focus on creating a complete shopping experience through trained staff, welcoming ambiance, loyalty programs, year-round offers, free gift wrapping, curated hampers, and celebration-focused retailing. For us, customer delight is not a strategy; it is a culture.Our work has been recognized nationally with the Bharat Business Award 2024 for innovation and brand excellence in the retail chain of lifestyle products.Looking ahead, my vision is to expand TSF Variety Mega Mall through a strong franchise network and to build India’s largest affiliate partner ecosystem through tsfmall.com — empowering thousands of individuals to create sustainable income with structured training and support.I am passionate about building scalable systems, empowering entrepreneurs, and creating brands that stand for value, trust, and long-term impact.
