I’ve led end-to-end user research and product development through DakshHire, supported by 500+ worker interviews and 200+ industry conversations. My work has been recognized in national platforms like Eureka (IIT Bombay), the National Entrepreneurship Challenge, and SIBM Entrepreneur of the Year. I actively engage with AI and policy ecosystems through workshops and youth-led forums, driven by a growing interest in ethical innovation and public impact.

   As a Digital Governance & Technology Intern – Capacity Building at the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Digital India Corporation (DIC), MeitY, I contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of national digital capacity-building initiatives. My work supports the Digi Gov Academy, focusing on key areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging technologies. I assist in designing structured training programs, coordinating with premier institutions like IIMB, ISB, and AWS, and managing stakeholder engagement across states. I contribute to drafting official documents including RFPs, MSAs, and e-office notes, ensuring compliance with GFR 2017. I also support monitoring frameworks using KPIs, post-training assessments, and feedback analytics to evaluate program impact. Additionally, I assist in tracking compliance with the DPDP Act and CMMI 3.0 standards, while contributing to innovation-driven initiatives such as policy labs, case studies, and smart classrooms to strengthen digital governance nationwide.This project focuses on building a scalable, policy-aligned digital capacity-building ecosystem for government officials across India. It is being developed under the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Digital India Corporation (DIC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
