About Vikash Kumar Singh
I have more than 4 years of experienced working in Semiconductor Industry as a role of device modeling and characterization engineer. Here, I worked on CMOS model development of DRAM technology I also worked on compact model development of NAND SLV, LV and SHV CMOS devices technology for various node and also have experienced in CMOS model development of MTX technology. In characterization front, worked in building test selections, creating test flow and release test recipe to MFG lab for param data. Also worked to analyze and debug engineering recipe. Familiar with TEL prober and Agilent tester to characterize Si data in lab. Apart from our core job, I have also experienced of working with our stake holders like scribe team for building test structure, layout, building labpro file for characterization and design team for circuit. Collaborate with process integration, design and modeling group for device optimization. Analyze electrical parametric data from Si and provide statistical data analysis for improvement. Engage with cross-function teams with process development, circuit design, quality assurance, to meet the target product requirements
