Currently working as a Network Engineer at Nokia Solutions & Networks Pvt Ltd, assigned to the Global NAM NOC project, supporting multi-regional network operations and ensuring high availability of enterprise network infrastructure.• Conducted network performance monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Thousand Eye, Netbrain, Netbox, Slack, CCIR, Spectrum, and Console DB.• Used ticketing tools like ServiceNow and BMC ITMS.• Monitoring enterprise network performance and ensuring 24/7 network availability.• Managing P1/P2 incidents and ensuring SLA adherence.• Coordinating with multiple international ISPs for circuit restoration and issue resolution.• Perform deep-dive analysis on routing issues involving BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and assist in protocollevel optimization.• Handle switching-related incidents involving STP, VLANs, trunking, and loop prevention.• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues across distributed environments.• Work with BFD sessions to detect and resolve path failures rapidly.• Monitoring PON network elements including OLT, ONT, Splitters & ODN for performance, alarms, and service continuity.• Troubleshooting PON issues such as LOS, LOF, low optical power, registration failures, Link monitoring and link utilization using Solarwind Tools & I am also working on User Incident ticket’s. Working with the field engineers to troubleshooting network connectivity problems. Attending daily service calls related to technical problems in different section. Monitoring & troubleshooting of NAC Technology in Branches Same Configured on L 2 Switch. Responsibility of All Branches Every Network Devices to Send for Deployment to GSC of SBI. Resolve the client Network RelatedIssue. Experience in Servicing and maintenance to overall hardware and networking devices such as System, Server, Router, Network Switch, Printer, Scanner, assets management, online support management/Remote management, data backup andmore. Analyze networks using tools such as Wireshark ping, traceroute, nslookup, and arp to determine potential issues and make suggestions for recommended change.
