Job Responsibilities:• Performing recruitment life cycles, including people sourcing, screening, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation, interview scheduling, conducting interview preparation etc. • Worked on different job portals to search candidates i.e, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, QPRO, INDEED, Resume Library and LinkedIn etc.• Submitting candidates over VMS after 2 levels of candidate screening.(Simplify and Fieldglass)• Resource candidates after taking initial screening and on the grounds of technical expertise and not based on resume only.• Supporting private and government clients - MasterCard, Dell, Citi, Lockheed-Martin, Henkel, Caesars, Pilot, Paramount, State of Navada, UMC of Southern Nevada, USC, County of Santa Clara etc. • Sending paperwork after offer acceptance and help candidates to complete NHP paperwork which includes section 1 and 2 and form I-9.• Ensures that adequate qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.• Contacts past candidates who have been identified as usable and former consultants for possible placement.• Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies.• Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.• Ensures appropriate paperwork is received from the consultant and given to HR and Accounting.
