Helping hospital clients to maintain their EHR system; the support aligns with HIPAA requirements, change control process, protection of Protected Health Information (PHI), and all forms of personal identity information.Roles and Responsibilities: Translate requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations. Full life cycle implementation: Design, build, testing and troubleshoot Cerner Millennium solutions – PowerChart, FirstNet, Mpages, message center, I-view, Orders, Cerner Core, ESH, clinical reporting and Remote Report Distribution (RRD). Review ‘Lights On proactive checks’ technical specifications and translate measure specifications into Automation. Define area of scope and implement Self Heal to improve the system\'s performance and stability. Perform Domain de-prod readiness prior to environment released to application team. Subject matter expert for Physician documentation (Dynamic Documentation) and Nursing documentation solutions. Develop and modify the Cerner custom scripts, smart templates, and CCL reports. Troubleshoot on-going issues, provide solution and document root cause analysis.
