Lead Consultant-Infra / Project Manager (IMS/CIS-A mid-senior level role) – Track Lead/Process owner (Jan 19 to Dec 2024) – Currently playing this role under end user computing landscape for US based client. It includes setting up Agile based process and form teams with scrum masters, product owner etcacross tracks. Additionally, leading Macintosh team to support 2.5K end points and leading new platform (laptop/desktop) engg, validation team across US, Israel & India. Covering end of life of operating system and platform too. Oct,20 onwards started end user service line operations manager role. Supported onsite operations at Chandler, Arizona, USA from Oct 2023 to Dec 2024.Retail Project (Europe based)- Led team of 15 across India and UK geo. Looked after software and hardware assets across end-user and IT data center landscape. By cloud based Service Now tool as centralized platform for asset management. I was responsible and accountable for quarterly reporting on overall asset health and timely removal of legacy or end-of-life assets. A global asset manager role played. Always maintained 99% compliance under hardware and tier 1 vendor’s software products.Banking Project (Europe based)- Led team of 20 during 3 years of project. It involved team management, resource management, stakeholders (IBM, Infosys/Client teams) management. Delivered ~40 apps across pre-prod, prod environments. It includes deployment of apps, sanity of apps, handover to apps team and deployment support of deployed apps to apps team and app remediation team. This delivery covered technical specs like Linux/Unix/Windows/IBM WAS/Oracle RDBMS. My PRINCE2 and Agile skills very well supported me to deliver it successfully. My team’s efforts very well recognized and appreciated by client side project manager(s). Team was part of project execution excellence award also. Performed annual appraisal review of all direct reporting members.
