I was involved in more than 10 end-to-end project lifecycles with Fortune 100 companies. Being a techno functional consultant I was able to bring the right mixture of technology and business into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) engagements.My inclination has been towards leading business transformation engagements involving people leadership, change management and P&L accountability.
