Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly review and approval of journal entries on a timely basis and applying all required controls.• Preparation and posting of Journal Entries to record transactions associated with the monthly payroll.• Reconciliation and analysis of all payroll balance sheet and related P&L accounts.• Preparation of monthly company accruals in accordance with the established company policies.• Responsible for preparing prepaid amortization entries.• Responsible for FX gain/loss run.• Involved in the year-end audits (Statutory and ICFR Audit) of company.• Responsible for various schedules as required by statutory and ICFR auditors within given deadlines.• Responsible for preparation of Quarterly/Yearly Royalty payable calculation and other intercompany debit/credit notes.• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts.• Ensure all assets are coded correctly and are in compliance with company policy, with proper documentation.• Responsible for reconciliation of fixed asset register with trial balance monthly basis.• Preparation balance sheet accounts reconciliation with detailed analysis and supporting schedules.• Responsible for sharing the data as required by the bank such as EBITA, UFCE report, Inventory & Creditors position on quarterly basis. • Coordination with the Bank for Bank Guarantee issuance and timely closure of expired BG.• Raise tickets and follow up with Global IT team to resolve issues of MDG, SAP and SYSAID Tool• SPOC for RTR (FAS) matter for AMEA region.
