With over 29 years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery and business development, I am a Delivery Manager /Director at Infosys, responsible and accountable for IT Infrastructure service delivery, Infrastructure Transformation, SRE transformation, AI Ops, business development activities and P&L for global clients.My mission is to enable customer success and satisfaction by delivering excellence, innovation, and automation in digital services, infrastructure ops/transformation, network and end-user computing.
