Currently working \"KANPUR FERTILIZER AND CHEMICAL LTD.(Urea production)1- I have knowledge of Urea synthesis technology \"snamprogti ammonia stripping process\" and basic knowledge of its trouble shooting.2-I have handling experience of various types of valves, exchanger, pumps and reciprocating pump, centrifuge, centrifugal compressor.3- I have also handling experience of H.P carbamate pump (180kg/cm2g) and Ammonia feed pump (240kg/cm2g) Centrifugal compressor (160kg) screw pump, Gear pump, multistage centrifugal pump etc.4-I have knowledge of handling Reactor (plug flow), Distillation column (steam), stripper (falling flim type exchanger), Ammonia Absorber, Decomposer, and all types pressure vessel like Ammonia storage tank, ammonia receiving tank, waste water buffer tank, steam condensate tank,Hydrolizer.5- I have work in vacuum section and process condensate treatment section as a section incharge. And also involved in routine activities of High pressure section, medium pressure section, low pressure section, and prilling section,WDS (WET DE-DUSTING SYSTEM), NEEM oil spray, 6- I have knowledge of shutdown start-up of urea plant and Ammoniation of H.P loop and M.P loop. And vessel hand over, pumps changeover and valve operation, 7- knowledge of MSDS, chemical handling PPE and isolation of vessels, valve, pipeline.And also known LOTOTO (Log out tag out), safety work permit system (SWP).8- I have knowledge of Chemical cleaning of exchanger and Hydrojet cleaning,9- I also Manwatching experience, confined space entry, vessel entry and Maintaining 5SManpower handling10- I have work in ATR -23 at \"YARA FERTILIZER INDIA PVT LTD BABRALA as a responsible person.
