Handling multiple Key Accounts territories assigned & providing support.Managing B2B Channel Sales, B2C, Retails Sales, SAAS Sales, IT Solutions, Business Development, Business Operations.Continue meetings & calls with clients to maintain relationship & provide required support.Handing Products are LCD Smart Signage, HTV, SAAS & IT Solutions.Maintain Business P&L on monthly basis.Pre-sales (product briefing, updating partners on individualized target, monthly, quarterly schemes, price-list).Post-sales (Assisting in claim documentation, calculation timely submission, interaction with claims team for timely disbursement of the rebate).Encouraging growth partners on National Distributor Billing to achieve base target.Endow with leads, advertising material, and ad panel inclusion.Taking initiative in resolving service issues, pending claims.Stock review is updated on daily basis to help Dealers to plan for new orders & avoiding Ageing of Inventory.New market creation and opportunity Identification in different segment of the market.Internal interaction with various departments (Finance & SOP teams) at all levels for support & approvals against issues or concerns of the clients to ensure maintain long term relations & gain incremental business.Channel expansion & Capacity planning through recruiting & activating clients covering all districts & major cities.Daily & Weekly reports pertaining to client activation, new recruitment, issues pending, plan for the week/month.Working on multiple tools like DMS, SAP, GSCM, Salesforce, SFDC, ERP for managing all data on daily basis & share with teams.
