Develop, and execute enterprise solutions while maintaining scalability, performance & availability and implementing global IT vision, IT strategy, policies, initializing IT investment & optimizing current resource Bring the benefit of IT to resolve business issues while managing risks. Handle portfolio of projects while manage Define & align the technical solution based on the functional requirements and preparing, reviewing & validating functional specification and handover to Technical Team for development Provide leadership that would encourage employee productivity and also the responsiveness.Additionally, I look after and verify the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, budgeting, training materials, and operational documentation.
