Planning of facilities, design & other aspects for clubs at under construction/ planning stage of condominiums Conducted comprehensive process audits of all operational clubs, identifying 15% efficiency gains & implementing corrective actions Attend facilities and resident meetings, ensure all MOM points addressed Guide site teams in developing monthly annual calendars for the events, clubs, aligned with resident preferences & maximizing utilization. Ensuring residents have an exceptional experience at the clubs, sporting section by actively engaging with them to understand their expectations Improved the TAT on resident complaints across all condominiums Align the project and facilities team to be resident focused in resolving issues Monitor cost optimization along with improvement in resident experience.
