To fulfill the ever growing needs of customers ( I call it love for Amazon -)), we have a very unique challenge at our hand - How do we hire right number of associates, many times in 100\'s of thousands, where we are not only able to match the right job to right associate but also provide flexibility to work across different job types and time of the day.
