I am a motivated Master’s student in Data Analytics (MSc) at Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI) with hands-on experience in customer support, sales, and service operations across India and Germany.I bring over 4+ years of professional experience in customer service and support roles, including positions as Team Lead, Customer Support Analyst, Sales Associate, and Store Cashier. These roles helped me develop strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM), problem-solving, communication, and working under pressure in fast-paced environments.Alongside my professional experience, I am building strong technical skills in data analytics, data science, Python, machine learning, Tableau, and Excel, and I actively work on data visualization and analytical projects through my portfolio. I enjoy transforming data into insights that support better decision-making.Having worked in multicultural environments, I am adaptable, reliable, and comfortable collaborating with diverse teams.
