Legal Drafting Services (hereinafter to be referred to as “LDS” in short), is a freelance drafting services provider and a meet up point for Clients and their Advocates/Paralegals/Barristers/Lawyers. Clients purpose will be resorted to by the Service Providers I.e. the law practitioners. It is both B2B and B2C, B2B is the sense an advocate can get their matter drafted by other advocates who are having the better knowledge of the subject matter, and B2C certainly refers to the meeting up of Advocates and Clients. We belong to a fraternity which do wonders when they write and the draft that is built containing the law and the thought process of the Author/Advocate, can affect the life and liberties of the party concerned for whom the content is being drafted. Hence it is of utmost importance that the draft should contain substance and it should contain that much power, that can convince the court of law in client’s favour. There are many freelancing web portals, for IT, non IT and conventional work fields, but this one is what we are dedicating for an unconventional freelancing field, as it had got the power to change lives, and certainly for good. Internet had already served many industries and now we want it to serve the legal justice system. This portal will help to gain access to the market to which many lawyers/advocates/paralegals still do not have access to even after so many years of advent of technology. This portal will help to contribute in economy and will open up plethora of opportunities for well read lawyers fraternity. I can see the confidence LDS is going to instil in the legal drafters who can have some extra income by working up on suitable drafts. It can be a simple DMCA notice, a legal notice, or it can be as complex as a patent drafting, a Writ Drafting, or a criminal matter drafting. Students can also found their drafting mentors which can help them to achieve the career growth.
