International Logistics Coordinator and Customs Rater (Pricing & Operations) @Globex Logistics Inc

End-to-End Shipment Management:• Coordinate and manage Entire-cycle of OCEAN, AIR and SURFACE Import and Export shipments, including booking, documentation, Customs, container arrangements, and final delivery.• Prepare and review Bills of Lading, manifests, and customs documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.• Track shipments, communicate daily updates to clients, and resolve operational issues proactively.• Ensure timely and accurate billing immediately after execution of the shipment.• Liaise with accounting department for cross checks if any.• Handle PROJECT CARGO quote requests and execution of the shipments from beginning to end. Inside sales and Pricing: • Work on RFQ’s and provide rate quotes to Customers and overseas agents.• Follow up and measure performance on freight quotes and rate requests.• Identify opportunities to upsell value-added services (e.g,insurance, Packaging solutions,AOG,).• Provide alternate measures to the Customers and Agents to secure business.• Conduct regular online meeting with the Customers and Agents and work on the feedback provided to improve business performance.• Collation of monthly and quarterly shipping rates from the Agents and update pricing database.• P&L accountability Lead role:• Supervise and guide a team of coordinators, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.• Act as the escalation point for client issues, shipment delays, or disputes.• Ensure the team delivers high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.• Develop and maintain SOPs for all import and export processes to ensure standardization and compliance.• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and overseas agents on import/export matters.• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner and resolve escalated concerns.• Work with internal departments to align operations with company goals.
