I have worked for 14 years & 7 months in German MNC Company (Schaeffler India limited) & currently working in indian MNC Company (WAAREE Energies Limited) as a Quality Manager & handling 1GW capacity export segment (Glass to Glass Modules) having 60 machines + 96 Manpower in Quality. I have hands-on experience in man management, Problem solving, PPAP, APQP, MIS, Team building, QMS, Audit management, Calibration management, Inspection plan, Checking aids, QC tools, Customer portal, Supplier Quality Improvement. I have also worked & familiar with Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, GD & T, Reliability testing, ISO, IATF, AAR, DODGE, IRIS. Currently I\'m working in WAAREE ENERGIES LTD as a Quality Manager of 1GW capacity export segment (Glass to Glass Modules). handling 100 manpower including 84 Operators, 5 GET, 6 SE, 5 AM.
