Oversee GMP equipment qualification and utility maintenance across all manufacturing assets.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance qualification procedures. • Conduct root cause analysis and use statistical data to optimize product quality and reliability. • Maintain Quality Management System (QMS), including change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and non-conformities. • Conduct risk assessments and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for clean room equipment and processes.• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance of equipment.• Monitor and manage the tooling changeover inventory to ensure seamless production. • Worked closely with production team and machine setters to reduce breakdowns and disruptions by 25%.• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and GMP regulations. • Hands-on experience with purified water treatment plants, boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and qualification reports.• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
