Perform visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify conformity with design specifications and quality standards.• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to conduct accurate inspections.• Document inspection results, recording any defects or non-conformances, and prepare detailed inspection reports.• Assist in the development and implementation of inspection plans and procedures.• Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or areas of concern, and escalate issues to senior inspectors or management as needed.• Work closely with production teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliable results.• Adhere to all company and industry quality standards, as well as safety protocols.• Participate in root cause analysis and assist in corrective actions for quality issues or process improvements.• Perform inspections on materials and components using NDT methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual testing.• Maintain proper calibration of NDT equipment and ensure tools are in optimal working condition.• Assist in developing and improving NDT procedures and techniques to enhance inspection capabilities.
