Leading Operations of Project CCAD (Chikitsa Chikitsak Apke Dwar- Medical Services at your Doorstep) locally in Buxar, Bihar. The project is run under the guidance of Honorable MoS- Ministry of Health and Family Welfare - Shri Ashiwini Choubey.Project Details- The project is intended to reach the marginalized population and people living in rural villages and underserved interiors. CCAD project is the Largest Mobile Medical Unit Program in Bihar with 6 vehicles reaching approximately 6 million population covering three biggest districts i.e. Kaimur, Buxar and Rohtas. These mobile medical units is intended to provide regular medical services, preventive, and curative services to the people. The program is made available to public at zero costincluding medicine and laboratory services.Fullfil wide- ranging duties, including daily administrative and operational work, duty roasters preparations, camp schedule, referral management to the nearest PHC & CHC, Inventory management of drugs and reagents. Handling 22 direct staffs and 5 indirect staffs.Maintain MOHFW compliance of regulatory requirement of each Mobile Medical Unit.Oversee analysis of patient enrollment and disenrollment trend data.Weekly/Monthly reporting to MoS- MoHFW office and various health authorities about the program updates and patient statistics.Work with Gram Panchayat and ASHA worker to ensure Mobile Medical Unit services are utilized. Providing regular training to Panchayat Office and ASHA worker for referrals and promotive/ preventive services under MMU to reach people in need.Preparation of financial analysis documents on weekly basis- expense report.
