I am a young academician aspiring to adhere to my career in professional teaching. I have completed post-graduation in Communication and Media Studies from the Central University of South Bihar and have qualified UGC NET eligible to be an assistant professor as per UGC norms. I am equipped with journalistic attributes, a nose for news, and Experience in editing news stories, articles, features and Report writing. I have worked in print, electronic, and new media platforms, which has provided me insight into a view of the functioning of media organisations. I am the co-owner of the educational news website awazsuniansuni.com which has equipped me with a sense of media ownership and entrepreneurship attributes. I have worked in the rural development sector for 2 years. Stakeholder management, persuasive communication skills, and research attributes are other specifications which I have attained during my short exposure to development Communication. Currently, I\'m working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at St. Xavier\'s College of Management & Technology, Patna.
