I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer with 5 years of professional experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications across diverse domains including Healthcare, Project Management, and E-commerce.I have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) – from requirement analysis and test planning to test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.Working in Agile environments, I’ve collaborated closely with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and requirement analysis sessions. I actively contributed to requirement discussions, asked clarifying questions, resolved ambiguities, and ensured clear understanding from a QA standpoint. I also served as a communication bridge between business teams and QA members to ensure alignment.In addition to testing responsibilities, I’ve taken on leadership and mentorship roles, guiding junior QA team members and reviewing their test cases for accuracy, coverage, and completeness.My approach focuses on quality-first delivery, clear communication, and continuous learning.
