Vikas has an overall experience of 31 years with the majority of it in real estate in India. He has been a leading figure in the Indian real estate context. Expertise includes general and strategic management - leading change and developing teams. Vikas joined CapitaLand India (formerly known as Ascendas India) in April 2019 as is now the business head for North India operations and a member of the India leadership team and is involved in the overall strategy, planning, and execution. Vikas is responsible for managing the P&L and development of 85 acres of IT SEZ land near Golf Course Extension in Gurgaon - International Tech Park Gurgaon, with an investment promise of over S$ 1 billion.
