Program/Project Coordination and Communications Creating Reports as Portfolio-level as per P3M standard: Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. Prepare reports and packs from Plainview and Oracle as per the standard agreed reports during the KT phase.) Project status scorecard and communication as per P3M standards. Project risk issues and escalations. Managing resource forecasts into Oracle and Planview Collating and reporting project status to senior management Managing project dashboard documentation (including RAID- risk registers, issues, dependencies (milestones) schedules, incident logs) Quality monitoring and enforcement of standards for all of the reports and documents Financial Management for budgets and forecasts. Work with Natwest teams to drive forward a program/project to completion. Adhering to Natwest Standards & Processes and delivering the requirements with respect to Governance Processes, P3M framework Lead the clinic sessions to help Project Managers with any queries they may have with respect to its project. Tools used – Planview, SNOW, JIRA, VTB( Visual Task Boards) in Service NOW Process documents, FAQ’s and responsible for updating these documents on a regular basis.
